1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the MAXGOA website and any demo panel access we issue. Commercial engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
2. B2B use only
This website is intended for licensed or prospective gaming operators and business partners. It does not offer gambling services to consumers and no wagering takes place on this domain.
3. Demo access
Demo credentials are provided for evaluation only, contain no real funds, and may be revoked or reset at any time. Sharing demo credentials publicly or attempting to probe the environment is prohibited.
4. Operator responsibilities
Partners are responsible for holding valid licences where required, honouring local advertising rules, applying age verification and operating responsible gambling controls in every market they serve.
5. Intellectual property
All platform software, documentation, trademarks and design assets remain the property of MAXGOA Global Technologies. Nothing on this site transfers ownership or grants a licence beyond agreed evaluation use.
6. Limitation of liability
Content on this website is provided for information purposes and may change without notice. Figures such as launch timelines, title counts and market coverage are indicative and confirmed only in a signed proposal.
